Life doesn't always give me lemons, but i get my hands on them anyway

One of my daughter's best friends has a huge lemon tree in their family backyard. I'm talking kilos of grapefruit-sized lemons. If I have no neighbourly source of lemons, I buy them in bulk. I love lemonade, lemon meringue pie, lemon cake, lemon slice.
